This meetup is for anyone who has developed a habit of using alcohol (or any substance, really) and who is experiencing a need for change. My hope is that this group can share personal experiences and those of others in an objective, compassionate way; and through that we can offer support and motivation to improve our lives overall.

The Orlando Alcoholism June Meeting
I am just starting this group because..... well, mainly because I searched "alcoholism" , "addiction" , "alcohol abuse", and other related subjects and only "Wine Lovers" and "Beer Lovers" type groups came up. Don't think that I wasn't tempted to join the Wine Lovers group, but really what I need is to get together with other people who can relate to my experience. Read more
